How do the dashboard access links work?
After you subscribe, LoanTape emails a magic link to the same email address you used at checkout. Each link is single-use and expires after 48 hours.
Once you click it, your browser stays signed in for 30 days. If the link expires, gets buried in your inbox, or has already been used, request a fresh one at /resend with the same subscriber email. We only send a new link when that address has an active subscription.
When do I receive access after subscribing?
Checkout confirms the subscription first, then we send your dashboard access email to the billing address you used at purchase. If it does not show up, check spam or promotions first, then reach out to [email protected].
What is the difference between Dashboard Access and Premium Analytics?
Dashboard Access is the shared monthly market dashboard built from approved published data. Premium adds live issuer drill-downs, CSV exports, and the AI analyst on top of that base product. Enterprise adds dedicated analyst time for custom work.
What if I need multiple users or a custom workflow?
The standard plans are optimized for a single subscriber login email. If you need broader team access, recurring custom analysis, or a workflow that goes beyond the self-serve dashboard, contact [email protected] about Enterprise.
